How it works
You sign up for a set number of hours per month, based on your needs.
If you do not use all of your assigned hours, they roll over to the next month.
You are billed monthly until the service is no longer required - any unused hours are credited back to you. Its as simple and straightforward as that.
Our retained HR model is fully flexible and you can secure as many (or as little) hours a month as needed.
